Generously made, these gourmet crepes are produced using rapeseed oil. This makes them extremely soft and the resulting malleability makes them suitable for cooking any sort of dish or dessert.
They are really easy to prepare after defrosting, especially thanks to their excellent texture which allows many ways of folding each crepe.
